Lee Juhee captures a fleeting moment that feels like it exists between objects and spaces as they pass in daily life. Lee focuses on trees as her main subject. She finds great comfort in observing trees that heal themselves even after being scratched and remain silently in their place.

The lyrical atmosphere through the branches and leaves was crafted by layering pigments between paper cutouts shaped like leaves. Additionally, the artist uses paper-cutting, carving the landscape with a sharp blade while reflecting on the day's scenery and mood. This process acts as a meaningful method for reinvention.
