• How does KoreanArtist work?
  APPLICATION AND SUBSCRIPTION:

  PROFILE CREATION:
  with the support of our Artist Care team, you can begin completing your profile with your photos, personal information, and artworks; remember the importance of adding additional images and personalized deions of your works. Note: This is the space where you can decide how to present yourself, your works, and your creative world to our global audience.

  
  

  PROCESS A SALE:
  our Art Advisors are constantly in contact with our collectors to promote your artwork; whenever a customer expresses interest, makes an offer, asks for more information or images about one of your artworks, an Art Advisor will contact you to close the sale.

  
  

  SHIPPING:
  when a sale is made, a Logistic Manager will get in touch with you to explain all the steps for shipping, providing instructions on packaging (which you will need to take care of), documents, and the timing of picking up the artwork by one of our couriers. N.B. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The address where the work will be picked up is chosen by you and can be changed over time.

  
  

  PAYMENT:
  you will receive payment for the sale 14 business days after the work is received by the customer; payment will be made through Paypal or bank transfer to the account you indicate in your account.

• What is the selection process? Do you accept any artist who wants to subscribe?
  The KoreanArtist Admission Committee plays a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of our platform. Comprised of art professionals and experts, the committee carefully reviews each artist's application based on factors such as artistic quality, innovation, and potential for success in international markets. This selective process ensures that only the most talented artists, whose work meets our rigorous criteria, are given the opportunity to join KoreanArtist and showcase their creations to a global audience.
• What kinds of medium are accepted?
  We accept every kind of artwork and medium, from paintings to sculptures, from photographs to limited edition prints.
  Unfortunately, we are not able to accept works on glass, ceramics, jewelry and clothing.
• How will KoreanArtist provide visibility for my art?
  Every month our website has 1 Million visits and over 35 Millions artworks are viewed. We provide a great product roadmap that will help artists progress, be more visible and sell.
  Our marketing strategy is developed and updated constantly, using various marketing channels, including web search, social media, emailing and much more.
  The marketing investments made by KoreanArtist include paid ads (on Google, Facebook, Instagram and many websites), SEO (Search Engine Optimization), partnerships, press coverage. In addition, our Art Advisor team and powerful algorithm will suggest its artworks to buyers with specific preferences.
• How does the return policy work?
  If the return is done within 14 days after reception of the artwork, the artists will receive no payment but they will get the artwork back. If the return is done after the 14 days, KoreanArtist will take care of everything and it will not affect the artists in any way.
• How does shipping work?
  KoreanArtist takes care of the whole logistic process for the artworks and the client pays for the shipping. Once you make a sale with us, you'll be assigned a Logistics Manager who will help you with:
  
  Instructions on packaging the artwork.
  Arranging for our partnered couriers to collect the artwork at the address of your choice.
  Managing all import/export and insurance costs.
  
  By doing this, KoreanArtist takes care of everything and artists can focus on their creative work.
• Can I still work with other galleries?
  Absolutely! We believe that artists should have the freedom to sell their work wherever they would like. There is no exclusivity requirement with KoreanArtist, and you will be able to continue working with other galleries and online platforms.
• Who sets the price of my artworks?
  Artists have full control over the prices of their artworks. However, our Artist Care Team can advise to ensure consistency throughout the gallery.
• Do you accept artists from all countries?
  We allow artists with Korean nationality from all over the world and artists from many countries based in Korea.
• How many works can be online?
  With the Basic Plan you can showcase 10 artworks online at the same time on your profile. You will still be able to change them at any time. With the Professional Basic Plan you will be able to upload and put online an unlimited number of works, to give our art collectors a more comprehensive view and offering of your artistic creations.
